Vic and Tina have been married for over 30 years, and share a genuine passion for helping others live a more fulfilling life. Their experience working at The Summit Adventure Park over the past 14 years has provided close contact with schools, families and disability groups, all of which have inspired Vic and Tina to encourage their highest values – growth and purpose.

Vic’s roles at The Summit, including head chef, activities facilitator and maintenance manager, allowed for his evolution into the incredibly well rounded support person he is today. Tina’s Summit experience as guest services manager and camp kitchen mother hen, complete this Support Team’s foundation of genuine nurture and care of every participant.

Family means the world to Vic and Tina, therefore having their son Luke and grand daughter Liv join their team in 2023 was an absolute dream come true. Not only are they all passionate Richmond supporters, together their family has been through the journey of raising three children and six grand children, developing The Summit with daughter and son in law Mel & Ryan Doughty, and sharing many wonderful family holidays in Australia and abroad. In 2019 Vic and Tina decided to take the plunge and create their own business as full time support workers, assisting participants across Gippsland. 

Every day, Vic and Tina’s support work is a source of inspiration, driving them to go above and beyond to make a meaningful difference in the lives of their participants. Witnessing the positive impact they create is what fuels their passion and motivates them both to keep driving their business forward.
